Creamy Avocado Lime Dip {PALEO}

A recipe that has five (ish, do you count salt and pepper?) and takes only two steps to put together, can such a thing exist?  The answer is yes, my friends, yes it does.

For lack of a better title, I’m calling this Creamy Avocado Lime Dip {PALEO}.  It’s kind of like guacamole, but has a smooth texture that makes the dip a great paleo salad dressing, too.  I’ve paired this with sweet potato chips but it would go well with plantains, too.  You can also dump a bunch on your taco-less salad, Chorizo Stuffed Peppers,  or anything else that suits your fancy.

The dip keeps pretty well stored covered with the whole avocado pit in the bowl.  Mine lasted three days before we ate it up and I didn’t have any browning.

The last point of awesomeness, is that this dip comes together super fast in the blender.  All around a win!  Here you have it: Creamy Avocado Lime Dip {PALEO}.

Yummy dip that can be used as a salad dressing, too!
